Electric Charges
Definition of Electrostatics
Electrostatics is the branch of Physics that deals with the study of forces, fields and potentials arising from static charges.

Electric Charges
- Two types of electric charges: Positive charge (+) and negative charge (-).
- Each positive charge when brought in contact with negative charge, they nullify effects of each other.
- Like charges repel each other while unlike charges attract each other
- An object having some charges is electrified or charged object.
- An object with no charge is electrically neutral.
